1965 BOLIVIA A Quechua woman with traditional hat of the region walks by the massive walls of the Royal Mint (La Moneda) in Potosi. Potosi is one of the most historic cities in South America and is famed for its immense silver production during the 17th century. It was from this building that much of the silver for the growth of Iberian Spain was minted.

Camera: Nikon F 35mm Single Lens Reflex with Auto Nikkor F3.5 28mm lens. Film - Kodak Plus X Pan 1/125 second F8. Developed in La Paz using Kodak Microdol at normal dilution.
