1964 - Peru. Cajamarca. Some Peruvian truck drivers decorated their vehicles with intimidating, growling teeth. I was in Cajarmarca a highland city to film part of an Inca story and it crossed my mind that this is how their forebears must have felt when they confronted the Spanish invaders.

Camera: Nikon F 35mm Single Lens Reflex with Nikkor 5.8cm F1.4 lens. Film - Kodak Plus X Pan 1/250 second 5.6 Developed by hand in Lima using Kodak Microdol at normal dilution.
