1959 France. Paris 'Under the bridges of Paris' was a chart topping romantic song of the 1950s. Here under the Pont Neuf beside the River Seine a group of young musicians play iinformally. The dappled light on the pavement is from the trees on the Quai de l'Horloge.

Camera: MPP Microcord ll Twin Lens Reflex with 77.5 mm F3.5 Ross Xpres four component lens. Film: Ilford HP 3 panchromatic film. My exposure was 1/300 at F5.6. Developed by hand using Kodak Microdol at normal dilution.
